We welcome you to Streethouse Primary School website where you can find a range of information about our school and our pupils. We are a smaller than average primary school and we are proud to say that we have a staffing team who are committed to providing the very best education to all of our pupils.
Our school is very much part of the local community and we pride ourselves on the good relationships that exist between families and our school. The education and well-being of children is of the upmost importance. We are working together as a community to ensure that all children are safe, respectful and responsible where everyone is motivated to 'Be the best they can be!'

The aim of history teaching in Streethouse is to stimulate the children's interest and understanding about the life of people in the past. We give children opportunities to develop their sense of identity through learning about the development of Britain, Europe and the world.
We teach children to understand how events in the past have influenced our lives today; we also teach them to investigate these past events and by doing so, to develop the skills of enquiry, analysis, interpretation and problem solving.
