Services
Here at Wilmington Primary School, we offer a rich and diverse curriculum, which promotes both academic and social development for your child. The quality of learning we provide was one of the several factors which helped us to achieve an overall rating of Good following our most recent OFSTED inspection.
At Wilmington Primary School we provide a curriculum that is active, enriching, enjoyable and of good quality. This curriculum should prepare the children for the opportunities and challenges of their future, preparing them for their next stage.
Our curriculum allows children to engage in lessons which are challenging, investigative and informative, focussing on children's own personal learning goals, regardless of their age, gender, individual circumstances or academic ability.

The world we live in is changing rapidly and technological advancements are at the heart of this. We know that the use of the internet, mobile phones and online Apps and games are rapidly becoming the norm and children have access to these from a young age. At Wilmington, we believe in equipping the children with the skills to use technology safely to ensure that they are digitally responsible.
We were open but this was only for key workers' and vulnerable children. Although we hoped that the majority of our children will now have an uninterrupted experience, it has been necessary for bubbles to shut, children to isolate and now for us to return to key worker school only. When we locked down in March, Remote Learning was something for the future.
We accept children at any point during the school year, providing we have space available. If you have any queries regarding placing your child at our school, please contact us on 01322 274080 or admin@wilmington-cp.kent.sch.uk. If your child has any special educational needs then please let us know when you apply for a place.
