Welcome to Bishop Ridley C of E Primary School, Falconwood. Bishop Ridley is a successful and popular primary school. We live our school life in line with our school vision "One Community, Learning & Growing Together, Sharing the Love of God". This vision is underpinned by our core Christian values of Trust, Forgiveness, Thankfulness, Compassion, Friendship and Humility.
We have close ties with Bishop Ridley Church on The Green and welcome children of all faiths and of none. Our children are our biggest asset. Their behaviour is a strength and we are dedicated to helping them achieve their full potential. Pupils and staff have high expectations and the school has a calm learning environment.

I only give two stars because the majority of teachers are nice and helpful. However, bullying is an issue since the school started accepting students from more questionable family backgrounds, and its a topic which the school does not involve parents in. Everything seems to take place behind closed doors, and you never know if something is actually being done, which in most cases is not happening. At one stage, it was formally suggested that I remove my child from the school, even though she was the one suffering the bullying.
Further to this, I would like to add that my child has suffered more

The teachers, the staff and the facilities are very good, however, bullying is a massive issue that I noticed at my time at the school.
In year 3 and 4 I was constantly bullied and nothing was done about it no matter how many times I reported it. I noticed it amongst other students when I was part of the school council in year 6. There wasnt much I could do apart from intervene I could never put a stop to it and the staff never bothered to tackle this huge problem.
Another problem I noticed about this school are the lunches. I was food poisoned multiple times but the lunches. All the meals looked
