At the Red Brick Day Nurseries Northampton we believe that your child learns from playing in a fun, happy and relaxed environment. Our curriculum is based upon the Curiosity Approach, which is a modern 21st century approach to childcare using elements from Reggio Emilia, Steiner and Montessori. The Curiosity Approach allows us to follow each of your child's interests, learning styles and place them at the centre of everything we do.
We work hard to develop partnerships. We are responsive, interested and involved with children, parents, other professionals and the wider community. We use earth's resources wisely and with care. We will reduce, reuse and recycle the resources we do use so that our impact on the environment is as small as possible.
Our practitioners are experienced, highly qualified professionals whose knowledge, passion and experience make every day fun, interesting and rewarding for your child. All our staff are friendly, approachable caring and strive to provide the best possible care for your child. The majority of the team hold recognised childcare qualifications from degree level to our Apprentices who are just starting their childcare career.
We provide a neutral space that's an inspirational and calming environment. Resources are neutral, open ended and authentic such as china tea sets and real food for the role play area. We use open shelving to display and encourage children to get hands on and investigate with resources at the children's height so they are easily accessible to them.

I have been sending my child to this nursery for almost a year. At the beginning them ware very nice, within a few months they changed their attitude towards my child and myself. My child was neglected, was left crying for hours, send home with a huge rash on the nappy area, no more updates ware given to me, no picture on the tapestry.
Lately, if the child was coughing they would lie to you that the child has temperature and tell you not to bring it back without a PCR test!

My daughter started this nursery when she was 16 months and attended for a year. She absolutely loved it and couldn’t wait for her nursery day. She learnt so much and her speech is amazing and I believe this is due to nursery. The staff were amazing and really accommodating. A mention to staff member Kirsty, who my daughter absolutely adores and was amazing with my daughter. Highly recommend this nursery.
