Call
All face to face appointments have been cancelled. The clinical team will be contacting each booked patient to assess their individual clinical need. This will enable us to make an informed decision as to whether you should be seen in surgery. Please bear with us during this extremely busy time. Our telephones will be extremely busy, therefore, submitting an online econsult is the quickest and easiest route for patients who have internet access.

You'll be given specific advice about what to do. Do not contact your GP or healthcare team at this stage - please wait for further information.
Services
To help those patients with working commitments we offer a small number of early morning appointments with a GP, Nurse and Healthcare Assistant on a Monday and Thursday 7.15am - 8.00am. Please note the reception desk opens at 8.00am. The GP Extended Access Service is an extension of your usual GP practice.
Killamarsh Medical Practice exists to serve the medical needs of our community. We aim to involve patients in their care and enable them to make informed decisions about their treatment. We recognise and wish to maintain the professional standards and quality of life of all who work in the practice.
They make sure health and social care services provide people with safe, effective, compassionate, high-quality care and encourage care services to improve. They monitor, inspect and regulate services to make sure they meet fundamental standards of quality and safety and publish what they find, including performance ratings to help people choose care.
We ask you for information so that you can receive proper care and treatment. We keep this information, together with details of your care, because it may be needed if we see you again. We may use some of this information for other reasons: for example to help us protect the health of the public generally and to see that the NHS runs efficiently, plans for the future, trains its staff, pays its bills and can account for its actions.
If you have any comments about our Practice or would like to discuss any aspect of the services we provide please ask to speak to the Practice Business Manager in the first instance. Alternatively, you can collect a Patient Feedback and Praise leaflet from reception. If you are still unhappy after the above step you can contact the The Parliament and Health Service Ombudsman.
