Opening Hours Report

In addition appointments are available 18:00 - 22:00 on weekdays and 10:00 - 18:00 at weekends and Bank Holidays at our local primary care hubs. Access Your Record and complaints procedure Report

Increasingly, patient medical data is shared e.g. between GP surgeries and District Nursing, in order to give clinicians access to the most up to date information when attending patients. The systems we operate require that any sharing of medical information is consented to by patients beforehand.

New Patients Report

Please note that if you do not provide this information together along with your GMS1 registration form after two weeks your registration form will be discarded. If you would like to have a look around the practice and speak to our Practice Manager before you register we are happy to do this by appointment.

Absolutely disgusted with the reception on both occasions i have called the them they have feigned that the phone line was dodgy and put down the phone.
To make matters worse the Doctor sent a text saying he tried to contact me over my phone. Which wasn’t true. I was advised to ring the same reception again to arrange another phone call.
What a joke!!

Genuinely cannot fault this place. As a suffer from anxiety, their service has been brilliant. I don’t feel like I have to battle to be heard or wait too long to get an answer. Just feel like with all the angst towards GPS at the moment, they deserve a positive review.

Had a doctors appointment as I’m suicidal, they told me to ‘have a positive mindset’. Absolutely useless. If you need mental health help, don’t waste your time.

Have experienced 4 other Sheffield Surgery’s in the past and can say that Hollies is the best I’ve experienced. Staff are very helpful and the GP service has been very good and can get appointments within a matter of days as opposed to weeks which has been my experience of other surgeries.
