Your feedback helps us to improve the care you receive, by letting us know what you think we do well and areas where we need to improve we can continue to provide you with the best possible care. Postcards and a feedback box are available on reception. We also have a suggestions box in the entrance where you can put any other feedback you may have.
Our forms are in Adobe Reader format. Adobe Reader is usually available on most computers. We also ask you to complete a very basic questionnaire about your medical history. Please note - we do require 2 forms of identifiaction to enable us to register you. If you need to see a doctor or nurse before then you must contact your current GP practice or visit the NHS walk in centre on Broad Lane.
Our practice area covers Fulwood, High Storrs, Nether Edge, Hunter's Bar, Broomhall, Broomhill, The University, Crosspool, Lodge Moor and a small part of Crookes. The Government may abolish practice areas but as yet nothing has been agreed. At present we will only take new patients within our practice area and we have a strict policy to ask patients to register at another practice when they move out of our area.

This was a great surgery. It is possible that Dr Linnard saved my life. You never know for sure but there is little doubt that when I was in desperate need of support she provided it.
The place has gone to total pot. For some reason I cannot renew my prescription. Called the surgery in hours just now only to receive "surgery now closed". It is 17.00 and it closes at 18.00. Can't believe it. This is not a 111 or a 999 issue so what are patients supposed to do.

I have received ongoing support for mental health issues before and during the pandemic. Many thanks to Dr Wight who has always given me support when needed at short notice and coordinated longer term planning. I have found all staff to be polite, conscientious and engaged - under what must be extremely challenging pressure. Much respect and gratitude to all

The ineptitude of the receptionist was purely dumbfounding. Rude, obnoxious, unhelpful, and they were her better traits. I feel for the poor men and women that work tirelessly for the NHS, then you have clowns like this that just let the side down. From the start of the call to the abrupt end the call was mainly made up of her complaining about her day, every time I tried to speak she rudely cut in with excuses for why she could not help, despite having no idea what my question was going to be. When I very politely asked if she could let me speak for a moment she slammed the phone down.... hilarious

My clinical experience of this practice over 30 years is that it is exemplary and literally life saving. Further, some detailed research I undertook putting the practice into context with others in Sheffield in general and Sheffield 10/11 in particular, using information in the public domain, shows that it is probably the best practice in Sheffield and certainly in the top 3. When we moved house 5 years ago a major criterion was that it should be in the practice's catchment area, what more can be said

I changed my surgery to here because my old surgery had problems with keeping to schedule, I will be sat waiting in surgery for an hour or so after my appointment time. When I have made appointments at the Rustlings Road surgery I have been able to see a doctor at the time allocated. The staff and the doctors are pleasant and helpful.
