There are many aspects of school achievement to be celebrated at Langshott Primary School. The school is at the heart of a vibrant community with the established traditions of pupils, staff, families, governors and friends working with a sense of togetherness. There is now the opportunity for us to 'grow' an excellent school as we expand to serve the needs of Horley and the surrounding areas.
Langshott Primary School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.

Becoming a Governor of Langshott Primary School is a fantastic way to give something back to the school community - its students, staff, parents and the wider community. Governors have a significant role in the long-term development and improvement of the school and provide strong links with the wider community.
Our School Council meets regularly to discuss what is going well and what we could make even better. We have one member per class, they are responsible to represent the voice of their peers in their class. The School Council are expected to be role models at all times and follow our school rules. Our vision for our school is that we can help make it an even more happy, healthy and kind place to learn.
We are excited about our new all weather pitch project that we are hoping to build this year as a much needed addition to our grounds. Parent and pupil feedback is very important to us and we know that our lack of outdoor sports space is often raised. We 100% agree with you and hope that this project will be a huge step forward in addressing this issue.
