Three Bridges Primary School

On behalf of the governors, I would like to briefly set out why we are so proud of our school, our top class teaching staff and the amazing children who attend. Children who attend Three Bridges regularly tell us how much they enjoy learning and visitors are always impressed by the children's thirst for knowledge, their politeness and support for each other.

This school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The governing body has a duty of care to pupils and all members of the school community. There is in place a comprehensive child protection policy which, along with a policy for Health and Safety and a Prevent strategy, is regularly reviewed by the Governing body.

Three Bridges Primary School is at the heart of our vibrant and diverse community. The school has a Special Support Centre (SSC) attached to our mainstream school. Our SSC provides specialist individual and small group help from teachers, Speech and Language Therapists and Special Support Assistants who work together as a collaborative team.

To advance the education of our children by helping to provide additional facilities through fundraising activities, . You can make a real difference through supporting our events and activities during the planning and running of the event. We have jobs of varying sizes that can be performed by anyone.

We have 2 nursery classes, morning class and afternoon class, with a maximum of 26 children in each. Many of the children who have enjoyed learning and playing in the Nursery go on to join one of our Reception Classes. However, parents should be aware that being in the Nursery does not automatically mean your child will be offered a place in Reception.
