Walpole Area Pre-school Ltd operates from our own room based within the local community centre in the rural village of Walpole St Andrew, we aim to provide high quality care and education for children aged 2 - 4+ years, we work closely with parents to help their children learn and develop, whilst offering a service that promotes equality and diversity.
The Pre-school has been privately owned since 2011, however Walpole Area Pre-school has been in existence since 1976 when it was originally formed has a charity run Playgroup, evolving to its present form today. As a result, each child's care is adapted to their own needs and families feel very well supported.

Services
At the pre-school we provide a snack to the children everyday where they can sit down and enjoy a variety of snacks such as fresh fruit and vegetables including grapes, apples, carrots, cucumber, bananas and also cereal and toast; we also provide milk and water to drink. We believe that it is important that children have a healthy lunch.
At Walpole Area Pre-school Ltd we have a regard for the Special Educational Needs (SEN) code of Practice (2001 & 2013) our setting aims to be inclusive to all children with special educational needs. Supporting parents & children to identify the child's specific needs and meeting those needs through a range of SEN strategies.
