The staff at Busy fingers are committed to training in the Early Years. The list below show Statutory training requirements in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage 2017. However, we have trained over and above these requirements, our training certificates are available to view in the hallway of the setting in a violet coloured level arch file.
We have also displayed our main qualifications on the wall. Our training is on going.

Services
We run two three-hour sessions a day, five days a week during term time for children aged 2 years 6 months to school age. We also offer whole day sessions which run from 9am - 3:00pm and accept the 30 Hours funding. We charge 4.70ph for children who are not old enough to qualify for government funded early years childcare provision.
Uniform is not compulsory, however here at Busy Fingers we do have our own sweatshirts (8) and t-shirts (5) available to purchase if you wish. We recommend you send your child to setting in comfy, weather appropriate clothes. Please ensure they have a suitable sun hat during hot weather and warm clothing during winter months.
If parents/carers have concerns about their child before their child starts at Busy Fingers Pre-School, they can arrange a home visit from their Health visitor to discuss their concerns. The assigned keyworker from Busy Fingers Pre-School will offer you a home visit and will be accompanied by the setting SEND (Special Educational need co-ordinator) - Jennie O'Sullivan.
