Ordered a taxi and advised we had a well behaved dog. Driver agreed and agreed pickup but driver just didn’t turn up and then ignored all calls. A call from a different mobile showed calls were being answered but when questioned, driver hung up again! If you can’t service a request, don’t say you can! And more importantly, hanging up on customers without telling them you actually can’t make it? Single female traveller? Really?!!

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality
Booked to pick up at 5am for airport run, even rang them the evening before the flight to confirm and was told yes pick up was confirmed.
Had to call them at 5.10am to enquiry where taxi was, eventually turned up at 5.20am.... Will not be using this company again.

Drivers speed around to fast over taking aggressively at speed in Wokingham, cut me up at a round about pulling away at a set of lights near Showcase tried cutting a lorry up 1st but failed and cut me up. Further up the road cut another 2 cars up over taking in the wrong lane (right turn only into Sainsburys but cut in and went straight on towards town at speed. Silver Nissan People Carrier.
