I have used Prestige Cars many times and am glad to be using them again in 2021 now the world returns to normal. I am often alone (female) and find the drivers and telephone operators to be both courteous and I feel safe and secure which is very important. I have always found the prices to be as stated and the cars are clean and prompt. I would recommend Prestige cars to anyone in need of a good service without being overpriced.

Customer service on the telephone is awful. When they said I would have to wait an hour for the next available taxi I responded saying oh thank you but I'm in a rush so I will use a different service. The guy on the phone shouted seriously and said stop wasting our time and hung up the phone. I've used this service before but I don't except for them to be so aggressive on the phone and rude. Very disappointed with this service and I will no longer be using them.

Amazing! After my wife was denied service by Platinum Taxis because of her disability, Prestige came to our rescue and we not only had both a beautiful, well detailed taxi, but we also had a wonderful driver who was very helpful when it came to getting my disabled wife in and out of the car.
As a carer for a disabled person, no other taxi company in Berkshire/Wokingham comes close to this company, we put our money to this and paid double the quite reasonable rate which was asked of the journey.

They used to be good. But lately quality of service declined a lot. Last several drivers I encountered had trouble following directions and could barely speak English. Or at the very least it was very difficult to understand what they were saying.
Example: I booked a taxi with them to meet me at Wokingham station on the side of the station with "trains going towards Waterloo". They did the exact opposite and charged me 10 to get to my destination (as opposed to 5-6 others charge). One driver struggled to find our address for a very long time. Frankly unacceptable.
