Had to go from Finchwood Park to Camberley, barely 6 miles. Driver was late and when we arrived at the destination, I almost died when informed that the fare for a 6 mile journey was £28. Called the office to check and was told that that was the price. Do not use this company, even if desperate!

I pre booked a taxi with over an hours notice to pick me up from the train station, once i arrived i was told that my pre booked taxi had picked up another customer and i needed to wait 5 min, 25 mins later my taxi still hadn't arrived and i was told that i would have to wait yet another 10 min. once the driver called me he was extremely rude and entitled telling me that he was 'doing me a favour' as he was the only taxi driver out working for that company at that time, the driver then told me he was on his way to the wrong address and when i corrected him he told me to get over it or he would

Such a poor service! I’m certainly not calling them again.
I was carrying a luggage and the driver didn’t even made the offer to help. Did not move a finger! Let alone the fact that I am a woman and that’s not exactly what I call a gentleman, but even if I was a man I would have expected at least the slight effort to help, particularly because it was a huge luggage .
Then I had to pay by card and didn’t get a card receipt....I guess the company operates based on trust but customers shouldn’t need to take the approach . At least offer to give a receipt! I’ll have to check my statement
