Pre-booked a car for 6.50am. Received a call at 6.49am to say that there was a shortage of drivers and that a driver had just been allocated and would be 10 mins. I ended up waiting 25 mins for the car to show up and therefore missed my train into London and was late for work…even though I had deliberately booked a car earlier than needed in case of delay!!

Rubbish taxi company. We booked a cab for 4:30pm, we were told it could be 5-10 min late but our driver was only assigned the job around 5pm and was not anywhere near us. When we called to check at 4:45, they lied and said the driver would be 10 min. The correct answer when we asked for a cab at 4:30pm was: "no sorry we are fully booked", and we would have found another solution.
So in the end we paid 30% more than a black cab for a 45 min delay...

It was an amazing experience from start to finish.
I rang to book a return same day trip and everything was confirmed by message immediately. I was advised when the car was leaving, when it arrived and when it left. I was totally aware of what was happening.
The drivers were very courteous and drove well.
I cannot fault this company and I just thank them for such a special and excellent service.

Used for a trip to Brighton and back for family day out (8 people). We had already been messed around by another taxi company so we were a bit apprehensive but the driver was punctual, courteous and well presented and the office staff were equally polite and extremely helpful. Did everything they could to make the experience easy and stress free. Would highly recommend.

Booked 4 x taxi journey's via their website after setting up an online account putting dates and times and pick up and drop off points.
Wargrave to Henley (3 miles) £10. Thought fair enough....
Got a confirmation number with all my details and price for every journey.
First journey I gacve the driver £10 and £2 tip to be told because it was a premium weekend due to a music festival in Henley it was actually £18 (3 miles)
I explained that I had a screenshot of confirmation of £10 but driver apologized for their website but charged £18.
I called their office and they also advised that

I live in the U.S. and use Loddon Cars every time I'm in Reading (UK) when visiting family. I recently opened an account with Loddon Cars to take my elderly mother to her physio therapy treatments, as she's recovering from a stroke. They have been excellent to work with.
