This is a very peculiar taxi service, and many other reviews show the same pattern I experienced. What you need to understand is that they will only show up and take you onboard if they don't have something else to do or think about. Otherwise, they just don't show up (no warning whatsoever) and you can happily find an alternative service. I have been booking services for 15 years and never seen something like that. These guys are just in the wrong business.

I've had many taxi journey and so far I have always had a good experience with the taxi companies until I made a booking for kennett cars.
This journey by far was the worst taxi company that I have ever traveled on. Despite of the taxi being late for an hour, the driver was extremely rude and was using swear word and tried to drop me on the middle of the journey.
From now on I will make sure to never travel in this taxi company ever.
