The taxi arrived late. there was no apology message from him when we arrived. We had to call to find out where the taxi was to know why he was not there? he said he would arrive in 20 minutes but in the end we waited 1 full hour. It is absolutely unacceptable.
once Inside he did not know where to go and had to check the address while he was Driving. it was not safe at all as he was looking at his phone while Driving. avoid at all costs😡

I recently took a trip with these guys from reading to London. From the outset the service was remarkable. The receptionist was polite and professional. The driver arrived 5 min before the pick up time. The car was splendidly clean and the driver sanitised all the touch points before I got in the vehicle.
The price was most cost effective and was genuinely pleased with the overall service.

Although I had an issue with the price and made a complaint, this was handled with professionalism and transparency. The head office called me and provided me with an informative justification on why the price was £7 and the regulations at work. Very good customer service and reliable business. Will use them again

We enquired for moving our stuffs from one flat to another and I did not know they would offer that. Surprisingly, I received yes all at once with reasonable price and he just asked me to leave my address and he was very prompt and was at my doorstep within half an hour as he said. Everything went well and he was very polite and dropped our things smoothly with friendly way. I highly recommend ace cars for your service.

I booked a taxi today and it came super fast, 4 minutes after I called! Also, I have to say that the driver named Jack was super friendly and approachable. I felt so comfortable throughout the whole journey and I cannot stress enough how pleasant the service was. It was also quite affordable! I needed to stop in different places in town and he was patient and didn't charge me a lot extra. I will definitely hire services from this company in the future and I hope I get to ride with Jack again!
