I booked 3 weeks in advance, they confirmed once again 2 days in advance and on the arrival day, they were punctual. The driver was very polite and respectful.
The car was luxurious and very comfortable, the ride was fast and silenced which was exactly what I needed it after a tiring day .
I have the best impressions on the company and I will definitely use it again.

Really poor service. Driver arrived at the airport nearly an hour after pick up time. I had to call several times to be then told it was due to an accident. Over the phone he asked agai. Which terminal and insisted he would not go in the airport as parking is expensive and passenger would have to collect the bags, despite of me saying the passenger was traveling with hand luggage only. Driver questioned my instructions and didn't have destination address at hand either. Overall really poor service and even worse customer service. When I called the company the only thing they were able to say was

I’ve been using Airport Travels Reading Ltd’s services a couple of times now and they have really impressed me.
