I always book airport taxis with this company, and I also used to work for a local taxi company. General advice to others leaving reviews, - when booking a taxi with any company and to avoid an unnecessary wait, I would say book in advance if you can, especially if you have an appointment so you can avoid being late and also book so that you can plan to be at your appointment with 10/15 min to spare. Dont call and expect a taxi to be there in 5 min as if they have been waiting dormant on your street before your call! And when you're running late for something because of your own bad time management

Yellow Cars helped me out with an emergency at 4am this Saturday morning and took a large group of people to Heathrow airport to meet their flight in time. Paula in the office was fantastic and went above and beyond her normal role to help me and arranged for three vehicles to pick up the passengers. The drivers were all great and arrived promptly to save the day! Yellow Cars offer excellent customer service and I can thoroughly recommend them.

I booked a wheelchair taxi from Earley to take my 91 year old father to respite care today. I’d had a stressful morning, my father’s first time in respite, my first time getting my father out of the house in a wheelchair and my he fainted as he was transferring to the wheelchair!. The driver arrived 10 minutes early, told us to take our time, helped us out of the house over 2 high thresholds and down a narrow step, directing me and my son how best to help safely. I’d forgotten to get cash to pay so he gave me options to phone through a card payment, drop it in later or he could come back

Booked a taxi for an early morning pickup. Told the dispatcher the pickup address and destination and asked specifically for a driver who could take a card payment - told that would be fine. Driver was on time, polite, no complaints there or about the journey. The journey would usually cost about £5.50 in a black cab. Get to destination and discover a: minimum card payment is £10 (!) and minimum cash fare is £7. If is been notified of this in the booking call, I'd have gone elsewhere. Will not use these guys again.
