Second visit and still just as good. From the welcome tea tray and the great breakfast. I enjoyed every minute. You made me feel welcome and at home. Great map of local places to eat(great Italian food at Fabio's).Will certainly try to come back. How nice to start our time in Scotland with you, and your delicious breakfast that morning got us off to a good and energetic start on our tour of Edinburgh.
