At Incredible Kids we believe it's important when your child is at nursery that you feel confident and reassured they're in safe hands. We pride ourselves in providing a warm and safe environment where your child can learn and develop their personality whilst socialising with other children and adults.
I am very passionate about our nursery and strive to deliver high quality childcare with qualified and dedicated staff. I hold a BA hons degree in Childhood studies and have also completed my NVQ assessor award. The structure of our Baby Room is open plan and can accommodate children aged 12 weeks - 24months.
Hello, my name is Morgann. I started my journey at Incredible Kids in 2009 at our Hilton site, where I began my apprenticeship to become an NVQ Level 3 qualified nursery nurse. I have worked within all rooms across our Hilton nursery, gaining experience with children of all ages. In 2012 I left incredible kids for a short while to have my little girl Olivia-Jo and spend time with her in her early years.

Just to note, our nursery fees are reviewed every April, but we always provide at least 1 months' notice before we make any changes to your payment plan. Before any child starts for their registered sessions, we invite them and yourselves to come into the Nursery and have a settling in session.
Here at incredible kids we strive for brilliance in everything that we do; we are incredibly proud to hold the highest available Food Hygiene Ratings at all of our sites. Our cooks always prepare fresh, healthy meals and snacks for the children on-site. We encourage conversation and the tasting of new foods, always ensuring that mealtimes are a happy and social occasion.

My kid has been going here almost 2 years now and loves it. Appreciate their flexible booking for my ever-changing shift pattern and allowing me to visit when I was still breastfeeding but struggling to pump. Staff have always been friendly. Nowhere is perfect but the plus sides more than make up for any minor issues. Would definitely recommend.
