We are a term time, personal, experienced, passionate nursery for Babies through to Pre-school aged children. We have a separate Baby Owls room, sleep room and craft room for our Baby Owls to explore in safety, along with their own outside area covered by a purpose built canopy which allows all year round learning.
Snowy and Barn Owls are separated throughout the main part of the day, into two separate nest's. We have breakfast and teas together, which allows siblings who maybe in different age groups to have meal times together Throughout their session, we lead age appropriate group activities and circle time stories, discussions and show and tells.

Services
We have a highly skilled, qualified staff team. These passionate educators are trained in Paediatric first aid, . We believe this one of the most important skills we can have looking after your little ones. All staff have food hygiene training, and are trained in Safeguarding and Child Protection. Staff are trained from level 2 childcare to level 5 childcare.
Baby Owls has that wonderful personal touch where your most precious thing in the whole world will be cared for by qualified, experiences staff. Louise who leads the Baby Owls is a mum herself, so she can fully appreciate the worries you may be facing returning back from Maternity leave or leaving your little one for the first time for a little play.
Our Snowy Owls are from 2 years old until 3 years old. The ratio is 1:4. Although we are mixed within the same hall we separate off through a small picket fence. This allows us to have more age appropriate experiences for our 2-3 year olds. Daily we have group story and singing, group time and circle time.
Once your child is 3 years old and they are going to start Primary School that academic year we move our Snowy Owls over to Barn Owls. Our ratio is 1:8. We plan more focused experiences that develop our pre-writing skills, mathematical experiences through play, so the children don't even realise they are learning!

Little owls is such a friendly homely nursery. My son's been going since 8 months and have had no concerns. They have gone above and beyond during covid and still made an effort for special occasions such as tea with Santa and the Easter bunny. All the staff are friendly and they have lovely home made meals and desserts.

Excellent Nursery. The staff are all so kind and caring. It has a wonderful atmosphere and learning environment for all of the children. My daughter loves her nursery days and her appetite for learning grows everyday. She can’t wait to tell us what she has been doing. It has helped her to develop friendships and has encouraged a fussy eater to eat a wide range of delicious cooked meals. Little Owls Nursery do so much in the community which is lovely.
