Whitchurch Pre-school

Whitchurch Pre-school is situated in the idyllic village of Whitchurch-on-Thames, South Oxfordshire. Located within the grounds of Whitchurch Primary School, it has a large, safe and enclosed garden. Our team is committed to providing a secure and caring environment where children can learn and develop at their own pace within a happy atmosphere.

All of our team are dedicated and qualified in working with pre-school aged children. They all live in our local communities and most are mums themselves. Your child will be allocated a key person to help them settle in, help make them feel secure and record their development. I enjoy working at preschool and giving the children a chance to learn through play as well offering a range of daily activities throughout the week.

Within the historic Thames-side village of Whitchurch-On-Thames, part of the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, our Preschool's location couldn't be more picturesque. Set at the end of a rural lane, our children regularly benefit from the nature all around us, as well from organised outdoor activities.

We open every week day during term time and mirror Whitchurch Primary School's term dates and inset days. There is an enrolment fee of 25 for all children. We use this fee as a voluntary contribution to help with the costs of running our pre-school, but is refundable for over 3's on request or if a place is not available.

Whitchurch Pre-School has been giving the children of Whitchurch, Pangbourne and the local areas a wonderful start to their education in a caring and nurturing setting for over twenty years. We want to be there for the next generation of children. But unfortunately, our building was second hand twenty years ago and is costing us more and more each year in maintenance.
