We provide an excellent educational play environment where children feel happy, calm and secure. Sonning Common Pre-school is a charity, and a voluntary parent management committee runs the group. We have limited spaces available from September, if you would like to arrange a visit to come and look around. Our children are really enjoying all the parents coming into read with them this week to help celebrate World Book.

Sonning Common Pre-School is a charity, and a voluntary parent management committee runs the group. We provide an excellent educational play environment where children feel happy, calm and secure. The classroom is friendly, bright and cheerful with the children's artwork proudly displayed on the walls.
We pride ourselves in creating an environment where your child feels happy, calm and secure which enables our staff to ensure that their developmental needs are met. We work in close partnership with parents to ensure consistency of care by sharing information about your child's development and giving parents opportunities to be involved with Pre-School sessions.
At the start and end of the session we ask that parents wait in the reception area until the door is open. Help your child to find his/her name in their drawer and a peg for their belongings. Shoes should be changed, especially in wet weather to help keep the classroom clean. Please feel free to enter the classroom with your child, talk to staff and stay as long as you wish.
