Services
Situated in the Old Village in Corby we are a friendly and welcoming Primary School with one class per year group. We have a strong history of serving the local community and generations of local families. We are a popular school that has grown with our success. Parents choose our school for the care and guidance we offer our children; our stimulating environment; and the range of exciting learning opportunities we offer.
As a school we consider the partnership between home and school as an essential part of our pupil's education and believe that the best educational opportunities are accessed through working together. We keep in regular contact with our parents/carers through Home/School Communication books. This provides the opportunity to share news and information with each other.
An exciting place to find out all about the different things our children get involved in within the school. We understand that we are all going through some very challenging and worrying times and we want all children in our care to know that we are here to support them in any way that we can. With this in mind, we have created a virtual 'Worry Box' for our children to use.
Your child's education at Corby Old Village Primary School spans seven years and is divided into three phases: Foundation Stage (Reception Class), Key Stage One (Years 1 and 2) and Key Stage Two (Years 3, 4, 5 and 6). The school curriculum encompasses the sum total of learning opportunities that your child will experience whilst at school.
