Have been using this company for a number of months now. Super super slow to dispatch and although the dispatch email says it will arrive with 1 to 2 days, it never does. I have a recurring reminder in my diary to order at least 3 weeks before I need them and still they aren't here in time. I've also had to go back a few times to let them know they've sent the wrong meds and when they send the correct meds, funnily enough they dispatch really quickly and they arrive within a few days.

If you have anything urgent, or your pet is in pain, do NOT use this company. They did not even PROCESS my order for almost a week after I placed it - and I am still waiting, so it will have taken at days. LEAST 8 days, probably longer. When I rang up, they were not even surprised or apologetic. My advice would be to choose another company.

Your customer service is the worst I have ever experienced.
I’m due a refund and it’s been almost a month since you took my money from my account. I’ve sent 5 emails and never had a response to any of them. Your phone lines are shut and you don’t reply via messenger.
How do I get the money owed to me???

AVOID!!!! First of all i only put 4 stars so this review will be at the top and not hidden away like most 1 star reviews are at the bottom.. but lets be clear they deserve ZERO STARS!!!! They refuse to communicate with you, they haven't sent the medication and now its been a week i contacted them via email they finally after 6 days replied and said its because they needed to check with my vets. I contacted my vets to urge them to reply to 365 and my vet said they have not heard from them. I have sent about 9 messagss in the past few days to 365 asking for a refund they are ignoring me they don

I’ve been paying full vets prices for years! My cat is on long term medication and has to have a vet checkup every 3 months. Used 365 Vet for the first time as was only recently made aware that i could get my cats medication online for a lot less money than I was paying for at the vets. Will definitely be using them again! Brilliant service! Really good prices! Really good customer service! 😀

Amazing Service even if difficult times.
My prescription meds for my horse arrived super quick, I'm so impressed considering the difficult circumstances were all working in. Thank you everyone at 365 Vet having an animal needing Prescription Meds can be stressful but knowing you can get them reliably takes some of the weight off :)

Absolute waste of time and money. Unprofessional staff , taking ages to contact when something is wrong but taking the money for something they are unable to do. Ordered medicines for my dog 3 weeks ago and still haven't received them. Had to go twice somewhere else to purchase it as my order is still "on its way" . Absolutely horrible customer service! Wouldn't use them ever again!
