Eye Vet Referrals is a dedicated ophthalmic practice providing the best ocular care for your pet in a friendly, comfortable and professional environment. We are passionate about our work and provide a fully equipped referral clinic with cutting edge ophthalmic equipment to help us provide gold standard of care for you and your pet.
Learn more about our fantastic team of dedicated ophthalmologists, anaesthetists, nurses, veterinary and patient care assistants and client care teams. Over the past four decades, much has been learned in the field of ophthalmology. Our ophthalmologists regularly attend conferences and courses in the UK, Europe and the USA to keep abreast of recent developments.
Our ophthalmologists are veterinary surgeons who have all undertaken post-graduate training in veterinary ophthalmology. We have a large a team of registered veterinary nurses, also trained in ophthalmology, to look after you and your pet. We have on-site anaesthetists to oversee all sedation/anaesthetics, in order to ensure that your pet receives the best care possible whilst they are with us.
Our team consists of a professional team of ophthalmologists, anaesthetists, nurses and administration staff and together we pride ourselves on the care we give. We have back up support from other disciplines at Northwest Veterinary Specialists and Liverpool Small Animal Teaching Hospital, which are both a short distance away.

Our big little man is a 48 kilo boxer with the most loving and soft nature. We had a particularly bad experience a veterinary practice local to us in Manchester called Pet Medics which is part of the CVRS group, when Ralph was 18 months old, as they never forget any visits to the vets is traumatic for him and us.....

Our dog, was always welcomed and we always felt well looked after. So caring are the staff that when Blue died of old age, the staff rang my elderly father.... not as a duty, but as a true act of kindness and caring. This level of service is above and beyond anything we expected. Iona and her staff are stars and 'Blue' loved all the attention she got whenever she went.
