Services
I qualified as a veterinary surgeon in 2005 from Dublin. After spending just over a year in mixed practice in Ireland I moved to England to work with small animals only. I love all aspects of veterinary medicine and surgery and find it a rewarding career which involves constant progression and improvement through the benefit of experience, attending CPD courses, learning from colleagues and working alongside our referral clinicians.
Here you will meet our friendly team of receptionists who will answer general queries, register your pet, mark you as arrived in the clinic waiting lists, take payments and sort your insurance claim forms. They also love to cuddle new pets and are always good for a treat or two.
Within our dispensary we stock a lot of drugs needed for our patients, there are hundreds, our dispensing nurses are responsible for making the patients medication, admitting and discharging animals into the hospital from a consult, assisting the consulting veterinary surgeons to take bloods, skin samples, microchip etc. They also run a comprehensive variety of free nurse clinics e.g.

Rolo came into our lives like a little fiery pocket rocket full of binkies and zoomies and was the Queen of sass. Although her time with us was short she really did show us that love isn't based on size, but on the amount of space taken up in our hearts and oh my did she fill our hearts with joy and laughter.
This is an amazing piece of equipment, It is like a high resolution very detailed x-ray type image in different dimensions allowing you to follow the image slices sequentially to get a picture. It can also be used to reconstruct a 3D image of the area of interest/defect allowing you to plan for surgery etc.
People tend to think it's only older pets that get ill and therefore younger pets don't need pet insurance but we know from the patients we see each day that that is not the case. In fact, the younger your pet is when you insure them the better as it means you are less likely to have any existing conditions, which may not be covered by the policy and you can then receive more help covering the cost of any future treatment your pet needs.

Be very careful when you go to this practice and make sure you’ve got your credit card ready. Whilst the care was okay from the vets, They have a habit of not explained the costs involved until after the care is received, and having checked with other vets are considerably higher price. I will be moving to a new practice ASAP, feel that this business is largely based on profiteering from animals welfare
