If your insurer asks you to complete your claim online, what we need from you will be greatly simplified. Please note the process may differ between insurers. Attach the clinical history, along with a copy of any payments you've made (you do not have to keep any receipts). Please note the processing of direct claims is discretionary and based on the relationship between the insurer and the clinic.

First visit today to this veterinary centre, which will be also my last. We have rescued a dog from a charity rescue centre whom cover costs of treatments. A call was made to this vets to confirm and set up. All I received was 3 blank faces and no ownership of notes not being added to the file.
Sadly the reception team remind me of a busy dr surgery receptionist. Very frosty and un-welcoming. Also giving filthy looks, not sure if they realised I could see! - heads up, I noticed and lucky I didn’t say anything at the time!
Seems to be a corporate group that is money hungry.
