Working with all varieties of small animals, Crescent is a long established and well equipped veterinary centre. We are passionate about animals and our skilled team of veterinarians and vet nurses are dedicated to providing the highest quality care for your animals. For your added convenience, there's free parking for clients at the clinic. To help keep us all safe, please do not attend the practice unless you have a pre-booked appointment, or have arranged to collect food/medication.

The Crescent Veterinary Clinic is one of Melton Mowbray's longest established veterinary practices. Our team of veterinary surgeons, veterinary nurses and receptionists welcome all pets. Our aim is to ensure all animals and their owners feel comfortable from the moment they walk through the door to the moment they leave.
Here at The Crescent Veterinary Clinic, we're very proud to have so many enthusiastic and dedicated individuals working in our friendly practice. We are all passionate about animals and their well-being, from our veterinary surgeons and qualified nurses to our essential support staff. Highly trained and caring, each of us has a role to play in making this a special practice for you to visit with your pet.
Our team of highly dedicated and experienced veterinary surgeons and vet nurses are devoted to your pet's wellbeing. Your pets are always our priority. We all have our own pets and work hard to provide the same service to you that we would want for our own much-loved animals. At our surgery we provide continuity of care, working with you to provide effective and high quality treatment.
Many of our patients are receiving long term treatment and are eligible for 'repeat prescriptions'. Usually, we see these patients every six months, although for some conditions and often at the start of a new treatment, this may be more frequently. If your pet is due more of their usual medication, please contact us no less than 48-hours before you would like to collect this.
In the event of an emergency during our normal opening hours please call our surgery on 01664 562142 and you will be advised what to do next. If your call is during the night or at the weekend whilst our clinic is closed, please contact MiNightVet Nottingham on 0115 9430898. MiNightVet Nottingham are our preferred emergency services partner.

Amazing service and support when my cat passed away
I cannot thank Crescent Vets enough for the care and support they showed to me and my cat when the unthinkable happened. My cat passed away suddenly one morning and even though I could not think straight and was in shock, Adele and her team were amazing and took care of everything! They were so understanding and supportive, and looked after my cat as if it was their own. I cannot thank Adele and the vet team enough for making what was a very sad time for me as easy and smooth as possible. It is clear that the staff care for every animal that
