Enjoyed most of the game.
Good that most of the tees were grass.
The greens were consistent but there was a lot of mud around and the edges of some fairways were like a building site.
The quality of the temporary hole was disappointing and the lack of two proper holes affected the match.
Overall felt the green fees were a little high for what we got.

The course was in poor condition and I understand is currently being changed (For the worse) to accommodate a Gallop for the owner's horses. Consequently there are lots of ground works which made many of the holes resemble a building site. The new/relocated greens are also in poor condition. The club house is tired and needs work to bring up to date, only 1 of the several showers worked. I paid £17.50 for a meal that was a tired piece of chicken with over cooked carrots and "wet lettuce" the kitchen also refused to produce the agreed cup of coffee. The Staff are polite and helpful but I feel the

Very good golf course, limited to 16 holes at the moment but there is plenty of work going on to improve the whole set up. When it's finished it will be a stunning course with a unique feature. A racehorse gallop around the course. Can't wait to revisit. Relatively flat but a couple of lung busting walks between holes.

Holes were all very different and fun to play, very well designed.
Nice Staff. Good price.
Would be a 5 star review but course was in terrible condition. Tee boxes poor, greens hard (no pitchmarks) and fast, meaning anything that lands on them will bounce and roll off so you don't get rewarded for pitching it on the green but must land the ball 20yds before the green to let it run on. However on some holes this wasn't possible as there is a bunker covering the front section of the green. Greens need to be softer.
