I play cricket for my village Eynsham in Oxfordshire and hockey for Oxford Hawks (previously Wimbledon hockey and cricket) and 5 a side football for Boca Seniors! I have always loved sports and used to organise all the club tours at university. When I was working for HSBC in London I got into watching England cricket overseas and was there when the Barmy Army launched in 1994/5.
Living With The Lions Sports Travel was created in 2000 by Patrick Arnold to take a tour group of 'like-minded' rugby fans to the Australian Lions tour of 2001. Patrick traded currencies in the city for almost 12 years before moving into the travel industry but was part of the inaugural Barmy Army tour of Australia in '94/95 which was where he got the idea to set up his own Sports Travel company.
Travel insurance is a vital aspect to booking a holiday, giving you protection against unforeseen circumstances that could spoil your trip. It's not just while you are away on your holiday that you need travel insurance cover. Cancellation cover starts from the moment you buy your insurance and protects the cost of your holiday, in the event that you have to cancel for a range of reasons e.g.
ATOL is a financial protection scheme for holidaymakers managed by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA). All travel companies selling air holiday packages and flights in the UK are required by law to hold a licence called an Air Travel Organiser's Licence (ATOL), which is granted after the company has met the CAA's licensing requirements.
Our busy supporters team is looking for someone to work in our Conderton office. You will be part of a team reporting directly to the MD with responsibility for a number of supporters tours and events all over the world.

We went to see the world cup Rugby match between Ireland and Scotland this weekend, what a great trip. Very well organised, met at the station and transferred to our hotel, free time to explore Paris and a nice drinks reception on the Friday night. We were a bit nervous about using public transport to the stadium so the guide came with us to ensure we arrived ok. Thoroughly enjoyed the trip and we definitely recommend LWTL. We are now looking forward to going to the next Lions tour with them in Australia.

Living with the lions treated me as an individual through out the process. The information was clear with lots of different viewing options. The extras we could book was one of the main reasons for choosing living with the lions. Any questions we asked received a prompt response

Dear Living with Lions
I would like to share my experiences with you.
Does what it says on the can but don’t believe the rest.
My sons wanted to go on a dream holiday to watch England play cricket in the Barbados.
Two of my sons have a life limiting condition called Alstrom Syndrome which has left them totally blind and with hearing loss this was pointed out to LWTL on several occasions before the trip.
The hotel was well positioned, the transfer to and from the hotel and to the matches were organised well.
Before and when we arrived TLWL representative said he would do as much as he could

The LWL team were very helpful in sorting out our bespoke final Lions test trip to NZ. They made sure the serviced apartment room in Auckland was the right size for our party of four (including two kids), and were very responsive to all queries before we departed for NZ. And seats for the game were great - we were sat next to the Auckland Blues squad! Great job all round - thanks to James, Gail and Gwyn.
