I have just been told that flights to Italy in March 2022 for Italy v Scotland have been changed. Because of this, the two night package now only allows sufficient time to see the match and no more. This is quite different to what I booked. We are asked to either accept it or consider two other options which will result in a much bigger outlay… financially. How can this be acceptable with no offer of refund? I now want to cancel and get the 50% I paid back, but that is not being considered. I plan to contact my credit card company to see if they can help. Really gutted and very out of pocket

Phoned them last year to organise a priority call for when tickets were released and guess what no call !! When I called up for tickets once I knew they were on sale this year , a sales personal from Gullivers sent me all details over email and told me to confirm by a day -which I did, The package details were confirmed twice over email with all details included and was due to take payment on the following morning. The following morning arrived and surprise surprise they did not make contact like they said they would, so We

My father booked a 'once in a lifetime' trip to the rugby world cup, with the package at over £10k, he had paid half of this before he sadly passed away, 8 months before the trip. Gullivers were so nice that they refunded £500, obviously they couldn't get any of the other costs back as there would be no one else wanting to go to see the games, or stay in a hotel. I had to claim the money from an insurance company so I could donate it to Macmillan, it would have been nice for Gullivers to donate part of the package to charity, but hey, where's the profit in that?

Just back from silverstone F1, had a fantastic weekend away. I would recommend Gullivers to anyone wanting to book a package with them, the only thing i would have liked different is the return time back to hotel, didnt get to enjoy the after party but it'll be for a reason.... Thanks for a great weekend away and will defo book for next year

Went to Barcelona Grand Prix 19 in May. Got to say Kat and Jess were so organised, knowledgable and so good company that it made our trip a joy. When good people interact with their customers but you feel more like a family, it shows that you have made the right choice and I would advise anyone to book through Gullivers as did many of the people I met including two gents from Australia. After my husbands trip with Gullivers on the British Lions Tour of New Zealand 2017 we decided to give them another try and book England vs Italy Rugby in Rome last weekend, game was 4th February 2018. We booked the tour, cheaper than the RFU (but believe me we will be using RFU in future as the guide was at the hotel everyday and extremely helpful) Gullivers were not seen at all, oh wait, except to hand out match tickets on that morning. Not helpful anyway what so ever. I broke my ankle before the trip and we told them.. apart from 'awww' there was no 'help' or guidance at all... nothing.. Getting

We have used Gullivers twice, most recently for the France versus England game. The price was excellent value for money and the hotel was in a great location. We chose to arrange our own transport, but found every aspect of the Gullivers service to be first class. We would definitely use them again and recommend them.

Had a fantastic time at the Belgium Grand Prix, the trip was stress free from start to finish we had loads of time to explore belgium and pleanty of time at the circuit. The reps were great and did what they could to make our trip as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. We look forward to booking with them again
