My father used to play here but gave up a few years ago when vascular dementia and Alzheimers hit him. I phoned on Monday and asked if I could bring my Dad up to have a look around and go on the range and as he is no longer a member, was chancing my luck. When I explained the situation to Caroline(?) the General manager, there was absolutly no hesitiation in saying yes.
Turned up today, was met with a lovely 'Hello' from Caroline at the door and when I went to buy the tokens in the pro golf shop for the driving range, they were provided free of charge.
My Dad spoke to a number of people that

Really nice little course with some challenging holes. Nice greens, not overly fast though at the time we played them. Hospitality chef is an amazing lady, very warming and friendly and couldn't do more to make us feel welcome on our society day. Had a real Spirit about her 🔥

I played the Senior's Open on the 17th of June. The event was so well organised by the Club , pre-event information very clear and instructive.
When arriving at the Course , the welcome from the Car Park Stewards , to Registration , to the Restaurant Staff was so warm and welcoming. The Course , which I had never played before , was in super condition , especially considering some of the extreme weather conditions we have had over the last 9 weeks or so. The Club have a Course Marshall , super chap , whom keeps the all the games moving to time , wish every Course adapted this protocol. Overall
