I think that the little girl who said this has really captured the essence of what we are about here at Clent Primary School. Everyone strives to ensure that the children are happy and settled in school so that they are confident and secure in their learning. The fact that visitors often describe us as a 'happy school' is very important to me and demonstrates that we really do offer something special for your child.
Provide a welcoming, happy, safe, warm and stimulating environment for all children to play, learn and develop freely. Help children to develop responsibility for themselves and their actions and to become competent, confident, independent and cooperative individuals. Encourage children to have a positive attitude and respect for both themselves and other people.
The children in Oak class have had a wonderful first 2 weeks in school and they have all settled in very well. Oak class are very excited as we are taking care of three Indian Runner duckling eggs for Kim Topham! The eggs are due to hatch straight after half term. We can't wait to see them hatch and take care of the ducklings.

The Governors are very proud to be a part of this wonderful atmosphere.
Provides a central point to scrutinise and approve all of the work and decisions made at each individual committee. Provides a forum for all Governors to receive and understand communications/ new initiatives that impact on the school across the board. To provide support and scrutiny of school building and assets to ensure they are fit for purpose.
