Took my rabbit to be spayed yesterday and she passed away under anaesthetic. No sense of caring, made me wait for 10 minutes when I went to collect her her then stand in the rain to discuss it and they’re still applying Covid rules when they’ve been lifted, so you can’t cross the threshold. Receptionist asked me if I wanted to pay over the phone or in person for my other rabbits treatment in the same conversation as when they told me they’d just killed his sister. When I said I take her home to bury her they just brought her out wrapped in a towel, couldn’t even manage a cardboard box

In-directly and seeing with my own eyes an email dialog involving a family member and a director/co-owner of Aylesbury Pets, one can only assume that being on the defensive and assuming an awful lot { all negative's from A V's perspective } that there is an underlying issue with them as a business! Now, commenting on the individual and not actually knowing them personally it may be a case of ' not all disabilities are visible ' in which case except my humble apologies but ask for assistance as it will reflect on you as a business if you don't in the future!! Take heed...
