Services
Together with the Head Teacher Governors set the future direction for the school and decide how the school's budget should be spent. Governing Bodies make decisions collectively on matters such as performance targets, school policies, school's development plan and respond to Ofsted inspection recommendations.
This website aims to give you a taster of the school, as well as providing up to date information for parents, pupils and the wider community. We hope that you enjoy your visit to our website, and that you find the information you are looking for. At Cheadle Primary School we want to provide every child with a firm foundation for a happy and successful future.
At Cheadle Primary School we have high expectations for all our learners and we aim to provide every child with equal opportunities to access a broad and balanced education. This includes the Foundation stage and National Curriculum in line with the Special Educational Needs and Disability Code of Practice (2015).
At Cheadle Primary School we have a duty to safeguard and promote the welfare of the children. Their well being is paramount. Cheadle Primary School ensures children learn in a safe, caring and enriching environment. Within our PSHE and wider whole school curriculum, our pupils are taught how to keep themselves safe, develop positive and healthy relationships and avoid situations where they might be at risk; including by being exploited.
We are so excited to announce that we have achieved our first goal on the journey to becoming a Rights Respecting School! Thank you to all the pupils, staff, parents and governors for contributing to this achievement.

Over the next 12 to 18 months we will be working towards achieving Level 1 of the Rights Respecting School Award and learning even more about the rights of children, mutual respect and United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child. We have lots of child centred initiatives planned for the forthcoming year!
