Services
Little Beans is jointly owned by Sebrina Drew and Tamsin Ledger. They met about 8 years ago when Sebrina was childminding Tamsin's second child and the two developed a good friendship. Tamsin was working locally in Poole as a property Solicitor and Sebrina ran her own child minding business from her home.
At Little Beans we follow the EYFS. The EYFS is our curriculum and is based at the heart of our teaching. The EYFS sets the standards that all early years providers must meet to ensure that children learn and develop well and are kept healthy and safe. Did you know. The EYFS takes children all the way up until the end of their first year in Reception class at school!
We are still operating at our Garland Road site and our amazing Fernside Road team are now supporting Garland Road until new premises are found. Little Beans provides breakfast and after school clubs including drop off and pick up from School - Garland Road currently services Longfleet and St Mary's Schools.
Little Beans Garland was designed with a specific vision by the two owners with learning and the environment at the very heart of their project - Little Beans Garland. Every inch designed and set out to maximise free flow and play opportunities for all our Little Beans.
Little Beans Garland is situated in a purpose built building that offers a large, spacious room with high ceilings that has been transformed in true Little Beans style to promote high quality learning opportunities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage.

Claire - our Nursery Cook - who also has a degree level qualification in Early Years - (BA Hons in Early Childhood Level 6). We are lucky enough to have an in-house cook at Little Beans. Claire serves fresh homemade nutritious meals all day long. We are extremely proud to share with you that our Garland Road has a food hygiene rating of 5 by environmental health.

My son has just started 2 days a week this term at Little Beans Fernside and he absolutely loves it! He has so much fun and (he may not realise it but) also learns so much. The staff and setting is just great and everything has been thought of. I have a feeling both of us will be sad when the time comes for him to leave at the end of the year for school!

I took part in Little Beans sports day. I must admit it was lovely experience for myself ,my little Gosia and for sure all parents. All had been very well organised,not too long so nobody got bored, my Gosia loved to hear what is the next chellange and was very keen to take part in. She was very excited and was talking about it for next couple of days. Little Beans team excellent as always, working hard to ensure we all have fun and stay safe in the same time. Thank you.

My little girl has been going to little beans since she turned 3, she's going to school in September and we will be very sad to say goodbye. We love everything about little beans especially the staff who very obviously really care for each and every child as individuals I never thought I'd be happy leaving Gracie anywhere but she loves going so much and I would 100% recommend to anyone!
