Services
Laser therapy is a non-invasive procedure that requires not sedation or anaesthetic. It can be beneficial in any condition that results in pain and inflammation and can be used to speed wound healing and nerve regeneration. Post surgically it can be used to alleviate pain and speed recovery and get your pet back to normal quicker.
We've partnered with Video Vets Now so you can speak to a vet from home or out and about - 7 days a week between 8am and 11pm. Consults are 10 mins and cost 24. If your pet needs to be seen by us or Vets Now, your original 24 payment will be refunded. We partnered with Video Vets Now to help you get the advice and reassurance you need, wherever you are.
We believe that nutrition is an important part of keeping pets healthy and can also play a vital part in the treatment of some illnesses. This is why we stock a select range of cat and dog pet food in practice, helping to take the faff out of pet food for our clients by recommending diets that have been scientifically created to provide optimal nutrition, which tastes great!
Pet insurance provides cover for veterinary fees in the event that your pet becomes injured or unwell. It can provide peace of mind that you're in a position to afford all the veterinary care your pet may need. With veterinary medicine employing expensive medical techniques and medication, and with pet owners caring more and more about their pets' health, pet insurance is becoming increasingly popular.
If your insurer asks you to complete your claim online, what we need from you will be greatly simplified. Please note the process may differ between insurers. Attach the clinical history, along with a copy of any payments you've made (you do not have to keep any receipts). Please note the processing of direct claims is discretionary and based on the relationship between the insurer and the clinic.

From my initial phone call my puppy was seen very promptly. She was sent home with some treatments which worked within a couple of hours. She was completely back to normal the next morning. Everyone working was polite and helpful. I now plan to register all of my animals here.

This was my first visit with Skye who O have rehomed. Skye has used the Milestone practice in Kingskerswell and was recommended that I continue. Very welcoming into the surgery and saw the Vetinary Nurse who was very thorough in her examination. Picked up Flea and tick profalactic medication. Very pleased with the service.

I have used PVG for more years than I can remember and have always found them very helpful & kind and on a couple of occasions going the extra mile. I feel confident that my cats (my babies!) are getting the best care with the friendly staff, my grumpy old cat loves them giving him a cuddle, who with out their care and attention wouldn't be here today.
Thank you.
