We're proud to run two extraordinary veterinary practices offering the finest care and facilities at an affordable price. Every day we offer the most practical, up to date medical care for your beloved pets. Our original practice was where we started our Veterinary Business in 2012. This building has been extended in 2019 for our growing number of patients.
The Kingsteignton surgery is where our out of hours, evening and weekend work is done as well as the location for inpatient care and major surgery. The Kenton Branch opened in 2020 and operates as a local branch surgery for veterinary and nurse consultations and minor surgery.

Services
We firmly believe that routine prevention is better than cure. Our loyalty scheme plan has been specifically designed so that your pet not only receives all of the essential vaccinations and parasite treatments they need, but also a whole range of additional benefits to help ensure that they remain in the best possible health.
There are a number of infectious diseases that affect our dogs, cats and rabbits. These can cause very severe and sometimes fatal illnesses. Thankfully due to modern medicine, we are able to offer very safe and effective vaccines to help prevent these diseases and keep your pets healthy. We do offer a reminder service to let you know when your pets vaccinations are due.
By law, puppies rehomed from 8 weeks of age require the breeder to microchip them before moving to their forever home. When your cat or dog is microchipped a copy of the unique identification number is given to the owner. These details are then registered and filed in a database with your contact information.
Pet insurance is an important factor to consider when adopting a new cat or dog. Monthly costs can vary considerably depending on the level of cover you can afford. We strongly recommend the principle of pet insurance to help financially support your pet during accidents or illnesses. Lifetime cover is recommended in case of long term illnesses.
Our commitment to your pet's health is also reflected in our extensive in house pharmacy. We stock a range of medication to treat common illnesses alongside preventative treatments like parasite control, prescription diets and nutraceutical supplements. You can feel confident that all the medications we dispense were obtained from safe, reliable sources and stored under the right conditions.

We have used this practice for 7 years, since acquiring our collie puppy. The reception staff never fail to do their best to help with queries, issues and appt requests, sometimes at short notice. Their vet nurses and vet colleagues with whom we have dealt (& we've probably met most of them over the years!) are excellent. Highly recommed the practice. For us, prices are fair and treatments well advised.

Positive: Professionalism, Reliability, Value
I've been massively impressed with Milestone Vets and the support they have given me and my dog with an ongoing issue. Friendly, kind, knowledgeable and understanding - every member of the team I have met have been amazing.
I feel very lucky that my dog is registered with them - absolute superstars!
