Perfect, clean and quiet guesthouse to explore Edinburgh from. Yasmine and Danny are very kind and helpfull guesthouse-owners who are able to help you find your way in and around Edinburgh. We opted to stay out of the main core of Edinburgh to save a little money and we were glad we did! This place, across from the bus stop and the lovely green space of the Leith Links was just what we needed after pounding the cobblestones as tourists all day.

Perfect for what we wanted. Place was clean and central - right opposite the bus stop with plenty of local restaurants to choose from. Hosts were fantastic - they shared tips for getting around and ensured we were comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and filling, with plenty of choice. Room had tea and coffee making facilities and some welcome biscuits.
