I wish to extend a warm welcome to you and your child. I am very proud to be the Headteacher of Woodston Primary School and I know that we have a great team working here! Starting school or changing schools is one of the most important times in a child's life and all our staff will do their best to help new children to settle in and feel at home as quickly as possible.
Our school is a calm and friendly place where you will always be made to feel welcome. Our ethos can be felt as soon as you are welcomed into school. This is commented upon by all our visitors and inspectors alike. It doesn't matter which part of the building your child's classroom is in, all our school is well cared for and treated with respect by all our staff and children.

Pupil Premium is an allocation of additional funding provided to schools to support specific groups of children who are vulnerable to possible underachievement. This include pupils who are entitled to free school meals, those looked after by the Local Authority and the children of the armed service personnel.
At Woodston Primary School we believe all of our pupils can achieve great things when they are given opportunity, motivation and caring support. On top of the 'Quality First Teaching' which is the entitlement for all children at our school, we also offer a range of 'additional and different' arrangements to support children with SEND.
OWN - Opportunity, Work together, Nurture: key words that underpin everything that OWN is about. We are passionate about nurturing a lifelong love of learning, so that the children and families we serve have the best opportunities to thrive. We work together with parents, pupils, staff and the wider communities across the Trust, to put learners at the centre of everything we do.
