We believe that the best medical care happens when pet-owners and veterinary staff work together. Careful communication and understanding, respect and compassion are essential to good care. We aim to be caring to our clients as well as our patients. We are not part of a large chain. We are not a 'factory-type' vets.
Everyone at our practice is committed to providing you with the very best in pet healthcare. Our veterinary team bring a wealth of experience to the practice and have individually obtained high standards of professional qualification. I qualified in 1987 with Honours from Liverpool University. After three years in Mixed practice I specialised in Companion Animal work.
We have produced this fact finding document to help you decide whether pet insurance would be a good idea for you and if so what type of company would be best.
