The Byre is a family North Devon holiday home, full of style and luxury, converted from 19th century barn - a newly furbished rural retreat with everything you'll need from dishwasher to garlic crusher. Enjoy a comfortable family holiday; it is child friendly and dog friendly, with bunk beds for the children and a Barbecue for the dads!
The Byre is in Goodleigh, North Devon, a small village three miles north of Barnstaple with many classic old houses that reflect the history of the village. It has a pub, school and a church. The Church St. Gregory, is an ancient Gothic structure, with a short tower, and some stained glass in its windows.
Dogs are 30 each. If you'd like to make an enquiry please contact us. Our change-over days are on a Friday. Is the byre booked up? Check out our other small cottages in North Devon with late availability. Please note a 3% booking fee is applied at the time of booking. This is to cover the administration and processing of each booking.

Beautifully furnished, open plan, yet cozy, cottage feel. Three good sized bedrooms, double with spacious en-suite. Two twin rooms and a separate shower room with toilet and basin.
The kitchen is very well equipped, well designed and very good quality. Far more than one would expect from a holiday let.
In fact, the whole space exceeds expectation. I could quite happily live in a space like this.
