We've grown a lot since the early days of letting our first self-catering holiday cottages, but our promise to provide the very best service - as well as a fantastic range of great places to stay - hasn't changed one bit.As every year goes by, our experience continues to grow. Our office is in the pretty North Devon village of Braunton, which is close to the beaches at Saunton, Croyde and Woolacombe.

Our office is in Braunton - right in the middle of the region where we let our cottages. We are just a short drive from a large percentage of our properties which means we can be on site very quickly if you have problems at your holiday cottage. We have maintenance teams nearby who can respond to your needs very quickly too and we know them personally, so we know they will do a good job.

The cottage summary aims to give you an accurate description of the property together with several photographs. In almost all cases your property rental price is fully inclusive, however, occasionally you may find a small charge for wood burner logs, or for tumble drying where this is a shared facility.

As part of these awards, we take great care when selecting properties to join our portfolio. The owners had removed their property so our holiday booking was cancelled. Chris at the office could not have made the transition smoother. His colleague Kestina gave us three alternative properties, for the same week in the same location.
Chris then handled the transfer of booking seamlessly. He really put the customer at the forefront of his work and is a credit to the business! We have used this business for our holiday bookings repeatedly as we value the high standards in their service.
