Unfortunately not a happy experience.
The location and venue are lovely but that’s where the experience turns to sad and depressive.
The staff and there demeanour is terrible. If you’re feeling a little down and sad a visit to this caffe will make you feel better as the welcome you receive is so unhappy you could probably never be that unhappy yourself.
Very poor service and extremely non interested in the customer and delivering an experience is not high or not at all on there agenda. I don’t think I’ve been anywhere that I have felt that but welcome than here.
The food is ok but grossly

My friend and I had an afternoon tea. The service was absolutely awful. The person seving us was not paying attention to us at all.The sandwiches were below the expected standard. The most meagre finger food I ever had. We were also served chopped testless olives in a stale bread as a sandwich. Needless to say that it was not edible. The cakes were tasteless and soggy.
It is very disappointing that we had to pay £55.95 for such awful service and food.
We will definitely not return to this particular branch of caffe concerto.

This restaurant looks great, kinda 1920 vibe. You are greeted by a visual assault of cake and macros in ever Shap and colour absolutely perfect in every detail, sadly that's where the perfect experience comes to an end. The staff are apathetic food slow to say the least. While we wait for our food two other tables left hungry. We waited over an hour for breakfast and when it arrived it was cold. Very very disappointed. Yet again a beautiful restaurant let down by the food and service.

We required a good meal prior to a nearby concert and Caffe Concerto didn't disappoint. Despite not having a booking, they fit us in and we ordered a risotto dish and a gnocchi dish; both were quite good. We also enjoyed a wine and an after meal espresso. Service was efficient and friendly. Would definitely go back.

The presentation and café are beautiful, the cakes look yummy. The staff was friendly -although not always attentive to customers trying to get their attention to order or pay. However I was disappointed by the taste of the cakes. The pistachio honey cake had a very very strong bitter aftertaste. The cheesecake was a bit moussy with a gelatinous top.The latte was small for what it costs. Overall I think it’s too pricey for what it is… not good value for money.

Really nice decor and atmosphere. The cakes never disappoint but the staff is the highlight. On shift was Alex and Carmen, they're both great. We witnessed Carmen handle a difficult situation with such grace, calm, professionalism and kindness. We were both made to feel very welcome. Amazing place, will come back and recommend to others.

The worst service. Wait staff just walk up and stare - not a smile, not a word such as " care to order", nothing. Wait staff delivers food by tossing plates of food on table and walking away, quickly. Extremely sullen, unpleasant staff! My iced mocha had no ice -- it was room temperature, as well. Coffee requested with milk had no milk, and of course, wait staff had to be flagged down to bring milk plus a glass with ice so I could add it to my iced mocha! Will not return!

Staying at a nearby hotel, this was very convenient to walk. Seated very quickly, yet after looking at menus, waited 5-8 minutes for our order to be taken by an unenthusiastic and uninterested server.
Surprisingly, the food came very FAST, but faster than tea, water, or Orange Juice.
Eggs Benedict: average with a very thick and dense muffin.
Ham and cheese Croissant: average and I would order something else if I went back.
So, I might go back, but only because of the location.
(But the pastry case looked amazing!)

There are many Caffé Concertos in London. We stopped at this one twice during our week-long trip to London. They are a good option for a quick afternoon tea or coffee and desserts, or for lunch and dinner. The decor and ambiance is designed to resemble a traditional Italian cafe. The desserts are excellent. They offer a large variety of pastries, gelato, and coffee drinks. We also tried the afternoon tea with the sandwiches, pastries, and condiments. All were quite respectable. The Cappuccino, the Affogato, and the Tiramisu are excellent. They also have a full bar. While we had experienced pretty

Great place to go if you'd like to experience a traditional, fancy, English afternoon tea without breaking your bank! Servers are friendly and I highly recommend the outdoor seating if it's a nice day and you enjoy some people watching.
You can get tea, food, and pastries here, but I found the afternoon tea to be the most appealing. You get a three tier rack of finger foods including savory sandwiches on bottom, biscuits and jam in the middle, and sweets on top with a choice of tea (I had chai masala). This option is £38 all together if you have tea for two (so £19 per person) and

Loved the decor, the food and service. Caffe Concerto is a chain of restaurants throughout London. First dinner we ate after landing. The decor was so gorgeous that we decided to eat there and we did not regret. The waiter was super nice. I loved the food unfortunately did not try the deserts which looked amazing but next time i am
In London i will try and post some desert photos. Will be back again and to the same location.

Great place for an afternoon tea experience. Even if that means 10 pm
The atmosphere inside takes you to the old cafes in Austria, the music it's old classy kinda style. I had an english breakfast tea and one eclair, soo good. Like the ones I used to eat in the very old places in Bucharest (Little Paris experience).
They stay open till late and they are located close to Piccadilly/trafalgar square, so busy busy cute area.
The waiters wear nice uniformes and they are very attentive, too much sometimes :))

After a long day spent shopping at Harrods, we thought it was a good idea to stop by for some snacks and this little cafe looked so charming! We were greeted right on arrival and seated as so.
The ambiance was very warm and relaxing with the classy chandeliers and red velvet seats. Our waitress however seemed a bit lost as she forgot to bring us the wine we had ordered and we even reminded her to bring it about three times. After that we just decided to leave it be and continued to wait for our food, which was so worth the wait! We ordered a delicious bread sampler and a few pastries and we were

When we walked past Caffe Concerto we were both going through some serious gelato withdrawl. Spending 11 days touring Italy will do that to you...
It didn't occur to us in that moment that we were in England, a land famous for its fish/chip dishes and sticky toffee puddings. But after a long day of touring central London our eyes read "italian gelato" in fancy script and there was no convincing our minds or our feet of just walking past the cafe.
It was not the best gelato we had in Europe. Not even close.
