St. Moninna's School (Primary and Nursery Unit) is a Catholic School living with Christ at its heart. It is with this foundation that all adults, by example, aim to celebrate the uniqueness of every child and value all their contributions. We will ensure our children are happy, healthy, secure, respected and cared for in their learning environment.

As principal, I am delighted to welcome you onto our newly designed website. The whole ethos of our school is Ag foghlaim 's ag fas le gra which translates into, Learning and Growing with love and this is lived daily in our school. Through our website, we endeavour to keep you updated with the day to day events in our school and the opportunities for our children to learn and grow with love.
Why do we have an Eco Council? The Eco-Council is an ideal opportunity for our pupils to get more involved in the way Cloughoge Primary School is run and fundamentally to help it to be environmentally friendly. The Council benefits the whole school, pupils and teachers, because it provides opportunities for pupils to communicate their feelings as well as influence decisions that are made.
The student council in our school aim to get things done to make our school better. They listen to their school mates and try and ensure that every pupil has a voice and to make all decision making as fair as possible. Each member of the student council is voted for by their classmates and has the job of representing their peers.
