Farnham Green Primary School
Our website will give you an insight into what goes on at our school. However, in order to really appreciate the warm and friendly ethos amongst children, staff and parents, please feel welcome to come and visit. At Farnham Green you will see the focus on learning and the 'every second counts' culture as we believe that our children deserve the very best and that all can achieve.

We have a restless thirst for learning and are developing the skills and curiosity to be life-long learners. Our curriculum is ambitious and coherent with aspirational expectations for all, inspiring our children and community that anything is possible; shaping our children's future. We are resilient and have a positive, growth mind-set, thriving on challenge to achieve more than we thought possible.
Services
Pupils are taught a wide range of curriculum and community driven areas, from early civilisations to a range of British history with a particularly focus on the impact of other civilisations on our country. We focus on the progress made in Britain as a nation, do not shy away from the horrors of the past and study right up to present day and possible future.
The governing body of Farnham Green Primary School began considering the merits of conversion to an academy in the summer of 2016. Working closely with Ray Lodge Primary School, Farnham Green is establishing partnerships to ensure that all children, irrespective of where they live, can have the highest possible standard of education.
Our website is frequently updated to keep you informed with news, dates and other important information. To ensure you have even easier access to this information we are pleased to launch our mobile app. The Greenhouse School Websites mobile app allows parents to keep up to date with all the latest news, dates, photo galleries, newsletters and letters home all in one handy place on their phone.
Our motto is 'striving for excellence.' We believe that every member of our school community whether pupil, staff, or leaders should aspire to be the very best that they can. We achieve this with an 'every second counts' culture, doing all that we can to make a difference to the lives of our children.
At Farnham Green, pupils with SEN are a significant and highly represented group across the school, who thrive within the learning environment, feel well supported, are happy, and achieve excellent outcomes, which is evident in their accelerated progress and attainment. If there are concerns about the progress a child is making, there are clear procedures in place to ensure the child receives the help that they need.

Now days ou education institutions over react when it comes to attendance etc
The Goverment has given too many rights to school or it has been a latest way to collect extra money from parents
School time starts after 8.55Am but the person starts writing names on either on 8.54 or on 8.55 AM they need to be taught it should be after 8.55
Being late for 1 or 2 minutes does not make any difference jiong the class
No body child feels embarrassed entering the class late
Being punctual is every parents priority
those are only 1 or 2 % of parents
We as parents pay a lot towards tuition fees so

My son is going there and comes back with something new everyday. I personally think it’s a right school to go to.

A great school - getting better all the time. My son loves school - and is making really good progress. We left a local school cos he wasn't happy - not the case any more. Teachers are caring and the senior leadership team listen and find time for us. Great school!

Holocaust Memorial Day 2019
I write to thank you for such an impressive and memorable contribution to the Holocaust Memorial Day event in Valentines Park on 28th January 2019.
Farnham Green pupils were well organised and confident when they stepped forward to read in front of dignitaries, members of the community and pupils from 17 Redbridge schools.
The readings were well chosen to resonate for a multi-ethnic, multi-faith audience, many of whom will have themselves experienced what it is to be forced to leave home and come to a new, unfamiliar country. The children read clearly and with expression

I don't often post reviews but credit where it's due. I'm really impressed with Farnham Green school. My child is making great progress and the teachers are really caring and any issues are dealt with swiftly. My older child went to a different school where our experience was very different.

DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT SENDING YOUR CHILD TO THIS SCHOOL!!!!! THE SCHOOL IS UNDER PERFORMING IN EVERY ASPECT. TEACHERS DO NOT LOOK AFTER THE CHILDREN NOR DO THEY SAFEGUARD THEM IN ANYWAY. WHEN YOU RAISE A CONCERN IT IS NOT EFFECTIVELY MANAGED BY SENIOR STAFF OR THE TEACHERS. THE SCHOOLS EXECUTIVE HEAD TEACHER MISS AMANDA JENNINGS ONLY CARES ABOUT OFSTED INSPECTIONS AND STATISTICS AS OPPOSED TO THE WELFARE OF THE CHILDREN. MY CHILD IS IN RECEPTION AND WAS RESTRAINED BY STAFF - I WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THIS UNTIL THE NEXT DAY AND THERE WAS NO JUSTIFIABLE REASON FOR MY CHILD BEING RESTRAINED. THE SCHOOL

This school is very nice but the medical service is very bad. My daughter always comes back from school complaining that she feels really sick and that the medical people do not take good care of her.
