The Hawksmoor
Bringing the experience of the best steak restaurant in the UK to your doorstep, wherever you are in mainland Great Britain, using the same world class, sustainable produce as we do in our restaurants. A labour of love to find the perfect beef inspired us to try to open the best steak restaurant in London. Happily, we received great reviews and a few awards which encouraged us to broaden the menu and aim to be amongst the best restaurants of any kind in the UK. Our attitude has never changed.

The menus revolve around the best ingredients we can find - whether it be beef from grass-fed traditionally reared cattle, sustainable seafood from around the British coast, seasonal fruits and vegetables or great British cheeses - and are served by friendly people who love what they do.We hope you enjoy it too - we'd love your feedback so we can keep on improving.

Really fancy steak restaurant! Probably the best steak restaurant in London. Really nice restaurant. The staff were really nice and helpful. Beer range was limited to cans however they were nice beers. Great range of cocktails on the menu as well. Definitely get the parsnips and bacon and maple as a side, it was great! 2 sides between us was fine as the steak was filling! Be prepared to spend at least £50 per person but well worth it!

Heard from a few friends that Sunday Roast at Hawksmoor was incredible and it delivered ✅
The roast beef was head and shoulders above the rest of the meal, the roast potatoes and Yorkshire pud. were delicious also. Had the mother mule non-alcoholic cocktail, which was very refreshing.
Finished the meal with the famous peanut butter shortbread which was burst full of earthy peanut butter but a sweet finish and ice cream.
Very pleasant experience.

I’ve been coming here for a few years and they have maintained their quality. They have a great Sunday roast with a lot of fixings. They include with the roast Yorkshire pudding, twice baked potatoes, shallot, garlic, lettuce, and carrots. They also have a creamy cauliflower cheese. They are usually very quick service.

Came here for a birthday dinner and were throughly looked after by Marty and other staff members at Hawksmoor.
Service was exceptional, food was delicious and so was dessert.
£5 corkage on a Monday is an absolute steal.
Would 100% recommend - slowly working our way round different Hawksmoor branches and none have disappointed so far.

Brilliant evening. The cocktails were perfectly made. The starters were scrumptious. The dinner and sides were divine. Service was respectable and attentive and friendly. The setting - well, I didn't know such a beautiful art deco restaurant was even here. Just stunning.

The Hawksmoor on Air Street is our feature of the day. The @hawksmoorrestaurants is decadent, whilst also engendering a relaxed and almost casual atmosphere, which was nice. Our waitress spoke knowledgeably about the various steaks and made suggestions which suited us perfectly. In fact, she was adorable. She was smiley, attentive and had a good sense of humour. We had a lovely time.
This restaurant is good for a celebration or a treat. They also have an option (correct as at the time of writing, but you may need to double check when you visit) which will enable you to have 2 courses for £22

Dinner for two on a Wednesday night. Early seating but was good as tables spaced out, the later seating was full. Service was efficient and friendly. The food was fantastic! Steaks perfectly cooked and the recommendation of the Potted Beef and Bacon was perfect!! Highly recommended. The scallops were sooooo good!! Definitely go, you won't be disappointed but the price reflects the dining experience.

Full English breakfast is to die for. From the service, presentation, and the food itself...I'd do this 100x times again. Can't miss food experience in London.

Black pudding was amazing and bone marrow was just so over the top. So much meat....I'll never forget this experience.

This is such a cool spot for breakfast (or probably any meal). Make sure you get a reservation though since it was busy when we went!

We were seated right away and had great service the whole time. I loved the old world atmosphere of the place with the wood paneling and large, almost banquet hall, dining area. The food was so hearty and had large portions like a feast so it matched its location well.

I tried the corn flake milk shake (yes get this even for breakfast!) and it was YUM. Probably even better with alcohol but I couldn't manage that at that hour. I also tried the bacon sandwich

This place was highly recommended so we went! And I'm so glad we did. It's a plate of meat galore if you order the special breakfast/brunch. I could eat that all day! It comes with everything in that photo and if you want more bread, you could ask for more! There were some meats better than others, but overall, great flavor. The restaurant itself was huge. You see a lot of people here during lunch break from work - it looked like a place of business men and women.

If back, I'd try more on the menu.

Great English breakfast and dinner. I thought the food was so great I came here again for dinner! The staff is even friendlier and they remembered me from the morning!
The bartenders are great and very personable. Great local place for a drink and food. Very traditional English and the dining area is beautiful and basic. No complaints
Redactions recommended but you can walk in and sit at the bar or their bar area.
I would come back in a heart beat the meat selection is ex

My 1st English Breakfast experience.

Made a 9am reservation on a Wednesday, the restaurant was not even half full. It looked like it was half white collars and half tourists. The place was very spacious, with nice service from my server. There were quite a lot of choices on the menu, but I just went straight to the English breakfast.

Everything tasted great. If I have to choose, I would say the eggs tasted the best, different from typical eggs and I felt they were just more... fresh? Not sure if it's the right word but I

Ordered a rare filet. It was barely medium. A coworker ordered hers medium well, and mine looked about the same. Another coworker ordered his bone-in steak medium rare, and his was bloody. I left half of my steak on the plate because it was completely cooked through. When the waiters picked it up, no one asked why I didn't finish it. Would not go back.

A feast and hands down and thumbs up the best full English breakfast ever, anytime or anywhere. The black pudding was succulent and a hint of spice, the fried eggs had a smokey char and the orange yolks just perfect for dipping with the fresh and delicious toasted bread. The sausage and bacon were perfection, and the assorted natural sides of grilled mushroom, tomatoes and beans all ideal. Washed down with strong and rich coffee and what could be better?

Pricey but delicious. I had the haddock, bone marrow, and sticky toffee and they were all delicious. The waiter even gave me a complementary glass of the most amazing sherry I have ever had. I went alone and I felt very welcomed. I would recommend it for a romantic date night or some good old fashioned "me time."

The food is simply overpriced. Nothing was bad, but just not great and for these prices I want great. Most of the food I've had in this, my first, trip to London has been really good. A few places were amazing! Hawksmoor...meh.

I've been to my share of steak houses in the states and I have to say, dining here was a very unique experience! Hawksmoor is mentioned in a lot of "where to eat in London" type blog posts and was highly recommended by my friend who lives here so we decided to eat here for our first night in town and to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday.

First off, we started at the bar because we arrived early and our table wasn't ready yet. Our bartender was Will, I would recommend coming to Hawksmoor just to grab a drink from him! So so friendly and knowledgeable about the town, and

A very drunken trip to this awesome steakhouse, accompanied by my favourite customers. Shame I was too hammered to fully appreciate it, but from what I can remember (and the pictorial evidence) it was an incredible steak, with perfect bernaise, and incredible sides. Not cheap, happily my company covered it. The Malbec (think it was called the Hawksmoor Malbec) was exquisite too.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again - regardless of which location you go to, The Hawksmoor has some of the best steak in London. It's my go-to place for birthdays, and the Guildhall location didn't let me down at all. Between the starters (the fried oysters were decadent), all the sides, and the desserts, you'd almost forget there was also amazing steak. But of course, you can't forget. It's the best part!

It's definitely not cheap - when is steak ever cheap really? So expect to spend a few pennies, but you won't be disappointed. Their best

We kept hearing about Hawksmoor during our stay, so we snagged an early 5pm reservation so that we could check it out. The first thing I noticed is the very creative menus which outline the anatomy of the cow you will be dissecting for your dinner. For drinks, I ordered their signature beverage, the Ginger Brew. It was fantastic, and I quickly ordered a refill.

Dinner was the beetroot salad to start, followed by the rib eye with onion rings. I would not put it in the "best steak ever" category, but everything was really good (especially those rings). Service was brisk & friendly

Breakfast. It's one of the most important meals of the day and also one of my favourites.

When I do breakfast, I like to go BIG and you don't go bigger than the breakfast at Hawksmoor.

Now I'm sure you'll have heard all about their UNREAL steaks but did you know they also do breakfast? It's only available Monday to Friday and it's only served at the Guildhall branch and it's literally ah-mah-zing!

I took Tom for his birthday as a little treat. As it was a treat and a friday and because they were called anti-fogmatics we started our breakfast with a cocktail

Devine, delish, amazing, mouth wateringly fantastic! A group of 6 of us went here for a January "Christmas" lunch and I can't fault the place. The customer service is superb, as in off the scale, the staff are an absolute credit to the chain. The food was out of this world. We all had various dishes and all were superb. The wine list compliments the food that they serve. Nothing is too much effort. Although sometimes you can feel rushed in these type of restaurants, we were left alone and took as much time as we wanted. I will definitely be going back here at any available
