Our vision at The Mindfulness Project is to create an innovative platform for sharing mindfulness with as many people as possible. At our beautiful centre for mindfulness in Central London, we've brought together a team of London's best mindfulness teachers to create a true hub for learning to meditate and practice mindfulness.
Mindfulness is a simple and powerful practice of training our attention, which has been shown to be very effective in reducing stress and anxiety as well as having a wide-range of documented benefits valuable to employees. Mindfulness training for companies is an investment in reducing the costs of health care and absenteeism associated with stress-related conditions, as well as improving employee retention, satisfaction, and overall engagement.
Interview with Jon Kabat-Zinn, who changed medicine through his pioneering work on meditation and stress. Ernie Rea & Minfulness Experts discuss mindfulness and how it has been adapted to a secular environment. On the Greater Good podcast, the pioneering researcher and author of Self-Compassion explains why it's OK to accept your faults and be kind to yourself.
Our beautiful space provides an inviting and relaxing escape in the heart of the city, making it an ideal setting for learning to meditate and practicing mindfulness. Our centre for mindfulness can be found on the 2nd floor of 6 Fitzroy Square, an eighteenth-century townhouse overlooking one of London's most beautiful square gardens (Fitzroy Square W1).
Our online mindfulness platform is designed to facilitate learning mindfulness as you would expect when attending a course or workshop in a physical space. The online format allows for group and one-to-one interaction, due to it's face-to-face format, so you are able to interact and engage with the mindfulness teacher and the other participants.

I completed the Mindful Self-Compassion course with The Mindfulness Project and found it really beneficial. The course was run online which worked really well and meant that we had a great mix of participants from multiple countries. The content was brilliant and it was facilitated fantastically by Jiva, who gave everyone time and space to participate as much (or little) as suited them. The additional tools and content via the app and follow up emails were also really useful to help revisit and practice the different sessions. I’ve since booked additional workshops as I enjoyed this course so

I did an 8 week mindfulness meditation course here and wanted to say how well thought out and well delivered a course it was. It has undoubtedly helped me along the way to settle and feel less anxious about things that had sprung themselves upon me recently. The teacher Jiva was a wonderful and her deep knowledge and passion for the practice was clear throughout.

So my very short review the mindfulness course at the mindfulness project London. As someone who has been trying the app headspace on and off for quite a few months and actually managing to rack up about 100 days in a row at one point I am really glad I did this course, I wasn’t sure if I was getting anything from headspace or from mindfulness as a… whole although still tried it a bit (not even sure why) On the course I really enjoyed the practicals and finding out a bit of the background, doing it with other people and having discussions. Since the course I have actually noticed I

I completed recently the 8 weeks course on stress reduction and mindfulness at The Mindfulness Project and it has given me a new approach in life in general. My main reason to do the course was to reduce the stress associated with my business which prevented me to sleep, that was affecting my health. During the course I learnt new ways to respond to stressful situations but also to appreciate the simple things and take the time to connect with them. The course did reduce my stress but also improved my self esteem and happiness level, I recommend the program to anyone!
